​How Do I Place An Order?​

Please follow these steps to place an order

2) Click on Add to Cart for your desired Product.

3)Review the Shopping Cart.

4)Proceed to Checkout.

 

Payment & Shipping

We currently accept the payments from credit cards such as (Master cards, Debit Cards and Visa Cards) as well as PayPal. Shipping in Usima Region (Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo etc) is 15 Euros on the order less than 250 Euros but free shipping for the orders above 250 Euros. We also deliver the products to other parts of Finland by having the shipping cost of 20 Euros for the order less than 300 Euros and free delivery for above 300 Euros order. We deliver the products in to 2-3 working days after receiving the order.

Returns & Refunds

• Company has 14 days return / exchange policy

• Inform online store customer service in written within 14 days that you will be returning the product

• Keep the copy of return ticket from the Post Office

• Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs

• For a full refund, the merchandise has to be in good form
